I really only wanted to get one shot while at Glenwood Power Station, and yesterday was it.... but the place was riddled with rust, peeling paint, broken glass, twisted steel, mud, grime, and graffiti - all the things I can't resist shooting. That being said, this building has inspired many other photographers to risk injury and arrest in exchange for images of the historic interior, so I was looking for atypical views of the place that still documented the monumental decay and conveyed a sense of nostalgic sadness and danger.
I'm off to Philly and Baltimore for the weekend. Amazing places to abandoned structures, but I'm not sure I'll have any time to do so.
As I'd said in my previous post, I think SmallFormat's days are numbered. It's just too much work to get it to work correctly, let alone change the design to my liking. Rest assured any comments, though they won't show up until I manually approve them, are received.
These two photos from the power station are fabulous. I bet you came home with hundreds to pick from... such a surreal place.

Thanks Donald. I have a ton more from the place, though I'm not sure how many more ill be posting yet. Good news BTW - It looks as though my comment problems may mostly be solved as of today.
